As the L3 ANZ (End User Computing) Engineer, you will develop and maintain services within our international technology team, known as Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). This position encompasses a blend of routine operational support and providing specialized expertise on projects ranging from small to large scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive maintenance and documentation of systems, solutions, and policies.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities effectively.
  • Evaluate existing systems and operations to create preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Provide third-level support for implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents as necessary.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders with shared objectives.
  • Select appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications for tasks.
  • Recognize the significance of security in your work and the organization's operations.
  • Identify and communicate risks to the business as needed.
  • Translate complex information for a non-technical audience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in end user computing.
  • Relevant industry experience or certifications.
  • Familiarity with FCTG systems is advantageous.
  • A degree in IT is preferred.
  • Experience in scripting and automation is desirable.

Additional Information:

Availability outside of regular hours may be required for global collaboration.
