About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across our Gold Coast property. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the group's commercial strategy and planning for Hotel & Events Sales
  • Drive trade performance to achieve revenue & yield targets
  • Acquire new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams)
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Successfully lead a large sales team
