Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals at the Senior Consultant or Manager level to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding, designing and delivering client transitions and transformations, ensuring that changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a consulting, organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity in developing and implementing strategies and plans that align with business goals.
  • Able to conduct assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Demonstration in collaborating with project teams to integrate activities into project plans.
