Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting enterprise transformation efforts across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the centralisation and standardisation of core functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital platforms, tools, and systems for implementation across business units.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency within the organisation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
