Job Role

Knox City Council is seeking a Change Analyst to support complex strategic initiatives. This role will provide change analysis to projects across the Customer and Performance transformation roadmap, including strategy and service planning, technology, people, and customer experience.


As part of our collaborative culture, you will work alongside Change Specialists, project managers, and senior leaders. You will gain exposure to enterprise-wide change initiatives and build your expertise in change analytics, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness.


This is a full-time (or part-time) temporary role with a two-year term. We offer flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide change analysis and support large-scale transformation.
  • Utilise facilitation, engagement, and communication skills to drive results.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Prosci's ADKAR methodology is required.
  • Pursue customer experience and organisational improvement through innovative solutions.
