Job Description

As a change manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful transformation across various programs. With a focus on practical, people-focused strategies, you will work closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to design and deliver impactful change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage change-related risks
  • Ensure consistent, effective change delivery across programs

You will have the opportunity to shape and embed lasting change, leveraging your expertise in change management principles and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in change management principles, ideally supported by a certification such as SAFe or Prosci
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to align change initiatives with business needs and customer outcomes
