Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong facilitation, engagement, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Prosci's ADKAR methodology (preferred).
  • A passion for customer experience and organisational improvement.

Requirements
  • Full-time or part-time temporary role.
  • Band 6 classified role.
  • Please note that this role focuses on people/process change and not technical change management.
