The role of the Portfolio Manager is to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, encompassing office, retail, and industrial spaces. This position plays a crucial part in driving business growth by ensuring high standards of maintenance and maximizing leasing returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.
  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting to ensure excellent service and maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor financial reports, and track performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of senior property management experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic skills, and excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Degree in property management, real estate, or related field.
