As a detail-oriented professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Actively manage rental arrears and provide regular reports to senior staff.
- Review and monitor Tenant Information Forms (TIFs), lease audits, and carpark management.
- Ensure billing accuracy and implement lease term increases and charges.
- Approve and arrange timely rent payments.
