About the role

Join Sodexo as a Senior Property Manager based in Darwin, NT. This full-time role involves overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and maximizing leasing returns. You will play a key role in supporting Sodexo's growth in the commercial property sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.
  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
  • Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent service.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor financial reports, and track performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on property-related matters.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of senior property management experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Experience managing diverse commercial portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Degree in property management, real estate, or related field.
