Job Description

As the Lead Project Coordinator, you will oversee the execution of large-scale projects across multiple sites in the Bowen Basin. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and effective completion.

  • Direct and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A degree qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project Management qualifications are desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
