Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the project team with administrative tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects;
  • Scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and updating workflows;
  • Collating weekly timesheets and tracking manpower hours;
  • Preparing documentation for internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Maintaining site safety and equipment registers;
  • Providing general project and HSEQ administrative support, including onboarding employees;
  • Procuring resources, such as equipment and materials, and retrieving quotes and submissions;
  • Ad hoc administrative support as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of organisational and time management skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Previous experience in construction would be advantageous.
