Your Remuneration Package
You will be rewarded with a base wage plus an uncapped incentives payment structure - earn a percentage of every sale you make from day one, there's no limit on what you can earn.
Average earnings for a successful Travel Consultant in their first 12 months are $60k plus super and penalties, increasing to $78k by the second year - with average earnings up to $95k for Senior Consultants and $138k for Team Leaders.
