Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to plan and book unforgettable travel experiences, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, and cruises.
  • Meet individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the whole holiday and converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
  • Provide expert advice on travel-related questions, including visas, best time to travel, what to pack, and more.
