Remote Vacation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Remote Vacation Sales Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in helping clients book their dream vacations by matching them with the perfect destinations and experiences.

Job Summary

As a seasoned sales professional, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and passion for travel to deliver an unparalleled client experience. You will be responsible for conducting virtual meetings or calls to understand clients' vacation goals, preferences, and budget.

You will then match clients with the best vacation options, including resorts, cruises, tours, and all-inclusive experiences. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and accurate booking process from quote to confirmation.

Additionally, you will partner with trusted suppliers to secure competitive rates and special deals for your clients, providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. Your professionalism and excellent customer service skills will make a lasting impression on our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual meetings or calls to understand clients' vacation goals, travel preferences, and budget.
  • Match clients with the best vacation options, including resorts, cruises, tours, and all-inclusive experiences.
  • Handle all aspects of vacation bookings, from quotes to confirmations, ensuring a smooth and accurate process.
  • Partner with trusted suppliers to secure competitive rates and special deals for your clients.
  • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel, addressing questions or issues with professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or travel planning is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online booking tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
