The Role
As a Part Time Club Ambassador, you will be working in Perth's most dynamic and exciting entertainment destination, promoting our loyalty program, facilities, venues, and services provided at Crown Perth.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote our products, programs, and services to a diverse customer base
- Provide professional customer service by assisting our customers in person and via phone calls
- Process customer transactions, assist with membership enquiries, and database maintenance
- Process counter sales of Crown Gifts and retail items
- Identify customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance a guest's visit
About You
You'll bring a positive attitude, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adaptability, strong attention to detail, and adherence to compliance. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems are essential, and customer service experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, or Retail industry is preferred.
