As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet care and nutrition
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of pet care and nutrition is an asset
