You'll also be responsible for staff recruitment and development, site financial management, and marketing program support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Knowledge of the vacation ownership industry
