The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Lead to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you'll be responsible for unlocking our commercial potential and driving growth across our range of products and brands. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to expand our product offerings, enter new markets, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand marketing, finance, supply chain, product development, and regional business development teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including product-level messaging, sell-in materials, packaging design, and more.
  • Develop and manage the execution of new product formats that optimize our offerings to appeal to customer needs and behaviors.
  • Contribute to the development of our new product launches, representing the needs, wants, and motivations of our customers and end-users.
What Success Looks Like
  • In the first few months, you'll have developed a comprehensive growth roadmap and implemented strategies to drive commercial growth across our products and brands.
  • By the six-month mark, you'll have launched new products, entered new markets, and built strategic partnerships that have driven significant revenue growth.
  • After a year, you'll have demonstrated exponential and sustainable volume growth for our products and brands, and used in-market sales results to inform future growth strategies.
