Human Resources Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization's People and Culture Department. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the Human Resources Manager in providing guidance and assistance on various HR policies, programs, and practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in all areas of Human Resources, including learning and development, payroll, remuneration, and workplace health and safety.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external agencies to develop staffing solutions.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboard new staff members.
- Maintain optimal functionality of the HR Information System.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HR trends.
- Develop and maintain training programs and other Learning and Development initiatives.
- Degree in human resources or Organisational Development.
- Emerging skills in training, interviewing, and business partnering.
- Good knowledge of People and Culture policies and practices.
- Sensitivity and discretion when handling staff issues and information.
- Strong time management and analytical skills.
