- Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional technical skills in crafting high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a senior pastry manager or sous chef in a high-end establishment.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing teams.
- Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of pastry arts.
- Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen workflows efficiently.
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior pastry chef.
