Pastries Team Lead - High-End Melbourne Restaurant

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create innovative pastry dishes that meet our high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a large team of pastry chefs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen workflows to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional technical skills in crafting high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a senior pastry manager or sous chef in a high-end establishment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing teams.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of pastry arts.
  • Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen workflows efficiently.
  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior pastry chef.
