Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
  • Aid in planning and overseeing food preparation and culinary activities in a dynamic setting.
  • Adapt and design menus that adhere to quality standards and reflect seasonal availability.
  • Calculate food and labor costs.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards to ensure a compliant kitchen environment.
  • Guide the kitchen team to consistently produce high-quality dishes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a renowned restaurant.
  • Culinary school diploma or comparable practical experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • A strong track record in kitchen and staff management.
  • A grasp of the best practices in the industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • A deep passion for culinary arts and food preparation techniques.
