Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Learning Business Partner to join our team in the Asia Pacific region.

  • This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our Operations learning initiatives and collaborating with operational stakeholders to coordinate and organize learning events, programs, and initiatives.
  • You will build effective working relationships with partners to deliver on our customer promise and utilize leadership development experience to leverage science and data-driven approaches to design and deploy learning and performance solutions.

You will work closely with our Global Operations Learning and Development function to identify and align individual leadership development plans, build a catalogue of learning content according to business needs, and facilitate delivery and completion of training.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner. You will also have experience planning and coordinating training, large meetings, or events, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Learning Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to plan and coordinate learning events
  • Build effective relationships with partners to deliver on customer promises
  • Facilitate delivery and completion of training

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in leadership development
  • Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills
  • Proven experience in designing or developing learning solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
