We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at Aussie Kindies Early Learning Cranbourne.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist, you will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning. You will work closely with our team to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and share the excitement of child-led discovery.

  • Support a team of educators to develop and implement engaging programs that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Create lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and contribute to the centre's reputation as a hub for early childhood education.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the centre meets or exceeds the National Quality Standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • A passion for child development and a commitment to delivering high-quality early education and care.
