Attractive Salary and Remuneration rate from $38.65 ph to $41.45ph base with penalty rates and allowances.

About the Role:

As the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting participants with complex behaviours, ensuring they receive consistent, person-centred care in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. You'll lead a dedicated team, provide hands-on support, and help shape a service that's as unique and vibrant as the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working a flexible roster including day supports, sleepovers, and weekend shifts
• Supporting participants in day to day activities and providing person-centred active care
• Leading and mentoring a passionate team of support workers
• Designing and implementing activities to support participant goals
• Coordinating care plans, documentation, and participant goals
• Collaborating with families, stakeholders, and your service coordination team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in disability or community services (Team Leader experience is a bonus)
• A strong understanding of behaviour supports
• Flexibility to work a combination of day and sleepover shifts, including weekends
• A creative mindset and a passion for participant engagement
• A values-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
