Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with attention to detail and excellent presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance.
• Providing training and mentoring to junior baristas to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Dialing in grinders to our espresso recipe and maintaining optimal performance levels.
• Interacting with guests, taking orders, answering questions and providing exceptional service throughout the guest journey.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Supporting team members and creating a positive atmosphere that fosters growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment or kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
• Availability to work weekends is essential, as we are open 7 days a week.
