Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Expert to spearhead the implementation of our strategic program, driving innovation and excellence across the board.

Your mission will be to foster a collaborative environment, promoting seamless integration with our customer teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality implementations. You will work closely with senior leadership, product, and customer teams to combine insights and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall success of the implementation program and strategy
  • Ensure timely delivery of implementations using best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements where applicable
  • Integrate the program with company growth strategy and business goals
  • Communicate regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Accelerate innovation and value creation within existing products and services
  • Effectively manage resources to meet business goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in business, commercial, or product strategy
  • Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
  • Proven experience in executing solution delivery to enterprise clients
  • Strategic planning capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record in client management and forging long-term genuine relationships
  • Experience in driving innovation and solutions in a technical environment
  • Proven experience in escalation resolution
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members and stakeholders
