**Role Description Writer - NSW Government**

A Role Description Writer is required by a NSW Government department on a contract until September with likely extensions based in the Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid).
- **Location: Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid)**:

- **Pay Rate: Up to $75 per hour + Super**:

- **Contract Length: Until September with likely extensions**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
As the Role Description Writer, you will join a fast-paced organisational design & implementation project team & support projects with role design, change management, hiring manager support, recruitment support & onboarding experience.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience working as a role designer & description writer with MERCER accreditation
- Expert knowledge of the NSW Government Sector Employment legislation
- Proficient business writing experience delivering change & internal communications
- Strong ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives
