Job Title: Beverage Operations Manager

The Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for driving the beverage vision, curating exceptional wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings, and leading a passionate team to ensure world-class standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing beverage team and oversee all beverage operations across venues and events within the hotel.
  • Curate innovative beverage menus, from signature cocktails to premium wine lists, and manage supplier partnerships, stock control, and cost of goods.
  • Drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management, and deliver training programs to ensure excellence in product knowledge and service.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards, and elevate the guest experience with creative, memorable, and engaging beverage offerings.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people, and exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations, and creative flair with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts.
  • A guest-first mindset with a commitment to creating extraordinary experiences, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event nights.
