Reliability Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a proactive Reliability Maintenance Planner to join our team in Shepparton, Australia. This role combines planning and administration to ensure the smooth operation of our packing and production assets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets, reporting to the Reliability Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and maintain preventive maintenance schedules in alignment with production plans
  • Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance work plans, ensuring resources, parts, and permits are available
  • Create, update, and close work orders in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), maintaining accurate asset history and parts usage
  • Track and report on asset reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assisting with root cause analysis and improvement actions
  • Manage maintenance documentation, contractor compliance, and service contracts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance planning, administration, or coordination (manufacturing or agricultural/packing environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles
  • Working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements in an industrial setting
