Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of School Operations Officer.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Campus Operations: You will oversee financial transactions, maintain records management systems, and support the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate Events and Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and execute school events and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide Committee and Asset Support: Offer high-level secretariat support to committees and manage physical assets and facilities.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by supporting local safety-related administrative activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing campus operations, including financial transactions and record-keeping.

Coordinating events and stakeholder engagement, including planning and executing school events.

Providing committee and asset support, including high-level secretariat support to committees.

Ensuring safety and compliance, including contributing to maintaining a safe workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent organizational skills, including experience in financial processing and record-keeping.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Event planning and coordination experience.

High-level administrative support experience, including committee work.

Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
