Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a technical leader, this position requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and relevant work experience.

The successful candidate will coordinate overall design activities, project submission schedules, and ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control duties meet technical requirements and client goals.

  • Perform independent planning and design tasks, review work of others, prepare construction documents, and deliver projects to completion.
  • Have experience with technically complex projects.
  • Possess knowledge of codes and standards applicable to project design.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships within and across departments with project team members.
  • Perform initial QA/QC review of project submissions.
  • Assist senior management with schedule development, technical proposals, and labor estimates.
  • Work closely with project teams to describe and deliver scope of work effectively.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control processes to improve deliverables and reduce errors and omissions.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school, Landscape Architecture, or related field. A minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience is required, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
