About You
You hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Engineering or an MBA, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial or business development roles. You have proven success in stakeholder engagement, market expansion, and operations within explosives or chemical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and growth of our operations in WA, including operational readiness for a new electronic detonator facility
- Support feasibility and planning for a Powerboost plant
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies
- Build strong relationships with mining clients, regulators, and government bodies
