IT Technical Support Position

We are looking for a dedicated IT professional to provide technical support services.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for a range of devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Support user account management and access control functions, such as password resets and profile setup.
  • Assist with device setup and configuration for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the support system.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to senior technical support when necessary.
  • Track and update IT inventory upon device assignment or receipt.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and IP addressing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
