Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Procurement team at Lion. This is a key role that will play a vital part in ensuring the continuity of supply across our network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of packaging categories, strategically and commercially. This includes crafting procurement strategies, executing these plans to drive business value, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting procurement strategies for assigned categories, addressing both immediate and long-term implications.
  • Executing these strategies to drive business value and ensure seamless supply continuity.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships to enhance supplier connectivity and strengthen business partnerships.
  • Managing assigned categories by consulting with key stakeholders and resolving projects or challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of procurement experience, with exposure to packaging preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain mechanics and how manufacturing and design impact commercial outcomes.
  • Solid background in strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier management, and procurement reporting.
