Accounts Receivable Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our team.

The Role:

As the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will oversee a team of accounts receivable specialists and be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, timely collection of payments, and maintenance of positive relationships with clients.

You will lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals. You will manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process – invoicing, payments, and fund application. You will handle escalated customer queries, disputes, or payment issues while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and de-escalate effectively
  • Prior experience with Xero or similar accounting systems
  • Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable
  • Familiarity with a SaaS CRM (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
