**About the Role**:
Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for driving business success through meticulous budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis? We are seeking a** highly skilled and motivated Financial Performance & Analysis Manager** to join our dynamic and high-performing team. As a key player in our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial landscape of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting models.

**2. Stakeholder Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and insightful financial updates.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

**3. Link between Operations and Finance**:

- Act as a bridge between operational processes and financial metrics, fostering a deep understanding of the financial implications of business activities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Support the Month End Process where required.

**4. **Strategic Decision Support**:

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to assess the potential impact of various business strategies.

**5. Financial Analysis Oversight**:

- Oversee the financial analysis function, ensuring that it aligns with organisational objectives and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial analysis methodologies and tools.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Seeking a career in the **Northern Rivers and available to work in our Byron Bay HQ**:

- Available to work full-time - **Monday - Friday**
