Full Job Description
**Client Profile**
- Our client is synonymous with owning and operating exceptional venues across Australia. This beachside landmark is an industry leader in providing entertainment, strong food & beverage and exceptional customer service to the wide demographic that one finds in Byron Bay. An innovative and progressive group, you will be working with a team that boasts experience that is hard to match.- You will need to have a track record of running complex, multi-outlet operations with entertainment, f&b and a compliance focus. The ability to delegate, motivate and recognise operational deficiencies will be essential for success. You also need to remember what it is like to make the workplace an enjoyable one. The venue already oozes good times, so you just need to help it flowTo be successful in applying, you will need:
- Experience as a senior manager (Operations, Venue or General Manager) in a large-scale, high-volume venue.
- Amazing customer service
- Exemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Solid understanding across all thing’s food and beverage
- Strong financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage, and licensing
- Proven track record of building great teams with a positive culture
- A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach
- A love of being part of the action
