About the Role

This is a critical position that requires an individual to oversee daily operations, meet financial objectives, and develop strategies to grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a General Manager or senior hospitality leadership role, strong administration and Microsoft Office skills, and confidence in managing a fast-paced, high-volume venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet financial objectives and manage key KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and attract new business.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing front-of-house team.
  • Manage rosters, inventory, and purchasing efficiently.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and events teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational gaps.
  • Provide hands-on support and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a General Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Confidence in managing a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
