
Dedicated HR Professional Wanted

Work as an HR Generalist in a dynamic environment supporting various initiatives and providing strategic and operational HR support to managers and staff.
Key responsibilities include providing general HR advice, coaching, and consultancy services to ensure effective HR service delivery. The role requires strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, preferably using Microsoft Office Applications and NSW Health payroll/HRIS system.
- Knowledge of Award, payroll, and employee contract matters related to NSW Health.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities and stakeholders.

You will work closely with operational leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of initiatives.
