We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to participate in their community and thrive.

About the Role
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities to promote independence and participation in social, recreational, civic, and vocational activities.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders to ensure individualized support that respects their goals, strengths, and needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (preferred) or relevant experience.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2) and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencement).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (paid worker).
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete).
