We are working with a client to find a skilled Property Manager for a diverse portfolio spanning different types of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- As the main representative, oversee daily operations and facilities management matters for our commercial properties.
- Foster exceptional asset life cycle and performance outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve these goals.
- Drive reviews of contracted facilities management services.
- Evaluate Capital Works programs to ensure they align with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a Facilities Manager, preferably in Commercial assets.
- Tertiary education is desirable but not essential; trade backgrounds are also considered favorably.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
- If unsure about communicating with corporate individuals, this role may not be suitable.
