We are seeking a results-driven Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, understanding their risk management needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Achieve revenue targets by selling insurance products to new and existing clients, while also growing the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, listening to their needs and concerns, and providing expert advice on insurance products.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Insurance broking qualifications and Tier 1 accreditation are essential for this role.
