Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences in Insurance Sales

This role involves leveraging consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, and sales skills to meet customer-specific needs. As an experienced professional, you will identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to achieve this goal.

Your primary responsibilities include soliciting new business, serving existing insured members, and retaining policies through advanced consultative selling techniques. You will also participate in promotional activities and the cross-selling of insurance products.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive incentive plan and multiple products offer significant earning potential. Our benefits package includes great pay, 401k matching, medical, dental, vision, wellness program, paid holidays, and paid time off.

This commission-based role on top of a guaranteed hourly base rate of pay offers unlimited earning potential, averaging from $90,000 - $250,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be required to possess active and unrestricted state-issued licenses to place property and casualty insurance.
