Insurance Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Sales Agent to fulfill this critical role. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients, retaining existing policies, and growing our overall insurance book of business.

You will utilize your strong sales skills and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs, generate new sales, and overcome objections to close deals.

  • Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and assigned by the manager.
  • Conduct thorough insurance reviews to recommend suitable products and related coverage, quote, bind, and issue policies.
  • Establish strong rapport with clients to enhance their affinity for our brand and result in greater member satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively soliciting and marketing to business and community events, performing outbound calling, working marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling new and existing customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance products and membership.
  • Researching and resolving complex customer service issues.
