Origin is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Provide end-to-end moving services for our customers with single call resolution
  3. Welcome referred and direct customers by delivering to their immediate moving needs
  4. Build customer loyalty one conversation at a time by providing exceptional service and building rapport
  5. Put the customer first by ensuring end-to-end service and tailored service options based on their moving needs
  6. Contribute to a highly capable and engaged workforce and environment where people feel connected, can thrive, and grow their careers

Requirements:

  • Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and match the needs of customers to a suite of products and services
  • Results orientated with strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and display resilience and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional customer service attributes, particularly the ability to communicate in a concise, polished, and professional manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team, with colleagues and staff at all levels
  • Good initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn complex processes
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and first call resolution
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and numerical skills
