**The Company**
Our client is a leading distributor of high technology solutions to the Australasian life sciences market. Their portfolio is representative of some of the best manufacturers & suppliers in the business across the disciplines of genomics, protein science, cell biology and automation.

**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that your accounts/products are the key focus of your daily priorities and generally oversee all customer inquiries and orders. Your key remit will include:

- Providing Administration Support for the commercial team in your allocated portfolio(s).
- Maintaining the shared Inbox and responding professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries.
- Quoting and Order processing on consumables, reagents, some instruments, and software.
- Providing regular updates on delivery times, order progress reports, and product updates to key personnel.
- Liaising with relevant internal personnel to assist with following up on customer issues.
- Work flexibly during regular office hours.

**Position Requirements**
- Very high level of attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Calm and thorough approach when under pressure.
- Organised work ethic, ability to plan and prioritise workload.
- Computer literate and exemplary telephone manner.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Exercise sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
- Self-motivated, willingness to assist other departments where needed.

**Our Offer**
Our client offers an exceptionally supportive and progressive work environment. Your remuneration will include an attractive compensation package for flexible full-time work between the hours of 8am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri. Our client's office is located in Mulgrave.
