About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our Admin team at Pepper Financial Services Group. This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for members of the Executive leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely communication.
  • Reconcile corporate expenses, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Organize events, functions, and meetings for both internal and external purposes, showcasing exceptional planning and execution skills.
  • Book and arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support for office-related activities, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
