About This Role

This key position plays a pivotal part in helping senior executives across diverse business areas align with the organization's strategic objectives during times of transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the HR operational plan for assigned client groups in line with key stakeholders' expectations.
  • Influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on talent development, labor relations, organizational change, and design.
  • Support organizational design initiatives at various levels within the organization.
  • Deploy global change management projects effectively.
  • Provide actionable insights and enable managers to activate employee survey action plans.
  • Promote innovative solutions to tackle complex business challenges and utilize data analytics to share valuable insights and trends.
Key Qualifications
  • A seasoned HRBP with excellent communication, resilience, and adaptability skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating change and transformation while delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective strategies to address them.
