About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and contribute to driving business success through commercial insights.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals.

  • Develop and implement targeted solutions to support transformation programs at critical points during the program lifecycle.
  • Design and drive the adoption of a consolidated project portfolio management tool incorporating use cases from respective frameworks and existing solutions.
  • Ensure that strategic charters' programs are delivered with the highest level of program management rigor.
Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Offering expert advice and support to transformation programs at critical points during the program lifecycle.
  2. Designing and implementing comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals.
  3. Managing complex programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes.
